Is your checkout secure?
Our checkout is indeed secure. You may note that the original
checkout link does not contain the "s" in "https" such as in
this example:
You can also verify this by noting the appearance of the secure
"padlock" in the status bar of your browser (IE or Netscape).
All credit card numbers are transmitted over a secure socket
layer and encrypted using a 128 bit key algorithm.

I just paid through your checkout, when will my order ship?
Once your credit card has been authorized for the amount of the
item plus shipping, we typically ship orders within two
business* days after successful receipt of payment.

We ship typically via Fedex to the 48 contiguous states and USPS
to AK, HI, and Canada.

when your items(s) ship. In addition, we also provide a tracking

What if my item arrives defective or broken?
Our policy is that you may return or exchange an item, excluding
any shipping charge, within a period of fourteen (14) days.
Film, Paper, and Processing equipment cannot be returned or
exchanged once used with chemistry. William Paul & Associates
will not accept any returns or exchanges on film, paper, video
batteries, ink cartridges, or any other consumable products.
Prior to returning any item, You must call Customer Service for
pre-approval and obtain an RMA number. We can be reached at
914-761-0010. We are available Monday-Friday from 9-5 EST.
All merchandise purchased from
William Paul & Associates photo, video, and audio is sold in its
original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us
by the manufacturer. Items can be returned only if in original
packaging, same new condition as sold with
literature/instructions and blank warranty cards. Place the
manufacturer's box into a shipping box. Please do not put any
stickers or labels on the original manufacturer's packaging.
Please ship the items back to us prepaid. For your protection,
make sure to insure the package. William Paul & Associates
cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
*Please note NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER
No refunds or exchanges will be made after fourteen (14) days
for Photo, and seven (7) days for video, digital photography and
consumer electronic equipment. If any of the above conditions
are not met, William Paul & Associates reserves the right to
either refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee for not
less then 15%.

Is there anything special I need to do when I receive my order?
Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it
carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged
or missing items MUST be reported to William Paul & Associates
with two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the
event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of
the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to
assure full refund/replacement. All packaging must be retained
until the problem has been resolved.
Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT
damage the manufacturer's packaging. DO NOT fill out the
manufacturer's warranty cards until you are absolutely sure you
want to keep your merchandise. We cannot accept merchandise for
return with completed warranty cards of damaged or missing
collateral material. Do not throw away any of the packaging
materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until
you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment.
*Keep your Invoice with your important records.
*Read all instruction manuals before testing your equipment.
*William Paul & Associates will not be responsible for any
consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or
use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility
will only be the monetary value of the merchandise.

What does remanufactured mean?
This term is used to describe an item that has been repaired or
restored back to factory specification and proper operating
condition, by the manufacturer and comes with a full 90 warranty
unless otherwise stated in the ad.

About Our Cameras
Many of the cameras we sell are classified as refurbished and
are noted as such in the auction ad. They have never been owned
by a consumer and have minimal to no use. Each camera is
individually checked and tested before it is shipped to us.
Where some may have small marks or slight imperfections in the
finish, it is important to note that the camera is in perfect,
brand new operating condition and is covered (unless otherwise
noted) by a manufacturer warranty.
About Our Film
We specialize in outdated and near dated film that is "Cold
Stored".
"Cold Stored" films are films that we've been able to buy at
bargain prices because they are near or past their expiration
dates. We have a state-of the-art refrigerated warehouse where
we store our film to prevent its deterioration. It is rare that
our film does not perform as well as brand new film. The only
difference is the price.
About Our Paper
We sell a variety of papers for of you imaging needs but our
Marquee brand is our VESTA UNIVERSAL INKJET PAPER. We have
worked hard with our manufacturing partners to develop an inkjet
paper that would be as "Universal" as possible. Given the
variety of hardware and Inks this was no easy task, but we feel
our paper performs well in more of today's inkjet printers than
any other.

Customers who live in CANADA, HI, AK or have a PO BOX please
call or email us for your tracking information.

first 2 letters of last name
1st letter of first name
last 4 digits of phone number
For example, customer John Doe with telephone number
555-555-1212 would have the Customer ID DOJ5555
